Uneishu tomb
Uneishu tomb
The tomb of Anesho, also called Uneishu tomb, is located in the Rock city of Petra at the end of Street of the Facades. It is located on the right side and above several caves in the Jabal al-Khubtha rock massif. The name of the grave was derived from the inscription on a grave slab. Anesho was Prime Minister of the Queen, who ruled her son as a placeholder between AD 70 and 76. Right next to the grave there is access to a triclinium, a Nabatean dining room that was used for celebrations in honor of the dead .
